Finished the front dob wheel last night. also got some monty snail tensioners to stop the chain from getting loose all the time. had to cut the side knobs off the rear tire so that it doesnt rub the chain stays when the frame flexes. also had to grind the cranks so that the pedal inserts don't stick out and hit the brake.

Just watched your vid, those koxx blues seem to work well eh?

Not really seen them used much.

Bike looks rad, does that lightweight booster do a decent job of stiffening the rear? I ran an Adamant booster when I had mine, seemed to do the job but still wasn't al that stiff.

the try all booster is the stiffest 2 bolt booster i've ever used. highly recommend it. as for the koxx bloxx blues, they're not nearly as good as the blue rock pads or the coust pads. i wouldnt buy them. the only reason i have them on the bike is because they're thinner than my rock pads.

How do the brakes work filled with water? Doesn't the water damage the brakes?

i was thinking the same thing.

do these companies do crazy shit like "test" their products before they shove them out on the market?

100000x better. Not enough to justify shit oil brakes (aka No.).

Gilles was using them in Heubach last weekend.
