Unbelievable. The guy doesn't even try to understand what's actually going on in the picture he's ranting about. "BMX rider completing a wheelie" :ugh2:

I think this shows that there's a growing paranoia in our society when it comes to use of public property. I would understand where this guy's coming from if it were a ledge, bench etc. in question, but come on, it's a rock. What's next, people getting angry about you walking on grass? Oh wait..
