Disc Rotor Rubbing Against Pads

Which bolts do I adjust to move the disc brake caliper toward/away from the wheel?

I am tightening/loosening the bolts on the adaptor & the caliper but I really dont see the rotor getting centered between the pads.

you have to add some washers to make the wheel go closer to the wheel. they make washers from like .25mm on ward for adjusting that
you need to face the disc tab if its too close.
