Back when I use to run a stock, I ran 22/19..then I hear all different types of ratios and with these cranks..besides the race face, I am limited to a track cog or a FFW..
Throw down some gear ratios..I am ALL URBAN..I ride natural when I leave my dirt drive way..lol

used to 22-19, just tried 24-21 recently. Feels great.. just a 'tiny' bit easier...

I use 22-19 too
Used to have 22-18 but 22-19 is more all-around.

I run 18/16...I ride alot of natural. Good for urban too. You just have to give it a little more at run up.
I am going to try 22/19 on my FreeTrial, but it sounds like 24/21 might be nice too.

I'm running 18/15 on my stock. Works fine for me.

Bobby, knowing your style and the fact that you only ride urban, you'd be fine with a 26-21. I rode it for awhile and it was awesome for most everything except for some rear wheel moves where you really have to power through. I'm not a super strong rider, so i had some issues with that, but only on natural, so you should be fine.

just switched from 18-16 to 16-14. I thought 18-16 was rubbish, but I've got track legs:luke:

18-15 for me. Works well on natural and on urban. I don't think I would run a smaller cog upfront to save the chain from total rapage. Get the heatsink burnz combo ;) Although, with the current exchange rate it will be quite pricey.
Edit: I also use 175 cranks for extra power
