Thank god for the 9am start time. The pro's rode the last two section's in the rain/snow.

I honestly don't remember everyones names from the weekend. Shawn Miller up on top for the pro's. Phil up top on the expert podium. One of the red bull guys is Scott Thompson.

It was a lot of fun and I had a blast. The courses were pretty awesome, not too hard and not too long. It was cool to meet some new riders as well as see some old friends. Thanks Zak for putting on the event and letting me crash at your house.

That was one of the best comps I've been to in a long while. Those expert sections got mighty tough when your brakes are wet and it's snowing.

What happened to all the pics of bonfire trials and late night drunken beginner section assaults? Ryan should get an award for the tree he took down on friday night. Most impressive.

Seriously, blasts from the pasts, JJ back at it and the pro podium from this one is all guys who've been riding in the double digit year range. 'Bout time us old folks started putting these fast learning kids in their place. Lets bring back sidehops from two wheels.

It would be quite the trip but maybe we can load up a greyhound with 30-40 Canadian riders (like the Spanish bus in Europe) and come down for a comp! Although unlike the Spanish bus we wouldn't pack and unpack the bus 4-5 times to fit it all in..."eh" Shaun!! Maybe next year?

In the results for Keyesville, it lists a Duane Rinkes...if memorty serves me correctly from my moto-trials days, Duane was a pretty hot Fantic rider from Oregon or Washington, on the US moto scene?

Now he rides bike trials & his son is an expert? Pretty cool stuff.
