which one is better?

so im 5'7 ft(1.7 m) and im riding a really old echo bounce. i think its time to get a different frame because it feels a little small. i have two options. a BT 5.0 thats used probably from 05 or an echo control from 06 that is lightly used.
what do you guys think is better for me.
echo is size short and BT is 1080 WB

I think it depends on your style of riding. If you're into serious trials 101, like what you see in comps, I think you should get the bike that fits you. Or if you're into tricks and street combination stuff, like spins and manuals, you should go for the smaller frame, since a smaller frame will make moves like spins much easier to execute...like a BMX, for example.
