View Full Version : King BMX hub with ISO: Center to Flange?

I just ordered one of those Chris King BMX hubs with the ISO disc hub shell. While I'm waiting on it I thought I'd get some spokes but I don't know the new center to flange measurements that result after the modification. Anybody know them or know enough about King hubs to be able to figure them out?

Thanks

I just used the DT swiss spoke calculator using the ISO disc hub. I'm pretty sure I ended up using the same length spokes on both sides. Worked out fine for me.

I agree, the DT swiss spoke calculator has saved me a few times. They have a bunch of hub dimensions already in the calculator, including most Chris King stuff.

Tom had to follow my lead..lol, he's right about the dt swiss site will hook you up..I did my first one back in 03', when I had to use a disco-tech hub and a BMX hub..ISO is a better deal though..

If you want to get really nerdy about it just do the math. All the hub specs are on the King site. Compare the center to flange measurements between the BMX and the classic hubs, then compare the classic to the ISO disc. It shouldn't take you more than ten or 15 minutes to figure it out.
