I use to run profile cranks on my Brooklyn and on my mod, it's good to see a trials rider running them again.
the bike looks good..

Lookin good.
But be careful, I stripped the freehub body out of two of those hubs. If you feel like you are riding on ice everytime you pedal, it's the hub, not the traction.
Setup looks rock solid.

They are stock pads. They seem to be working. I have yet to slip.

The last time I used non-trials cranks was because of you and they were amazing. They were on the expensive side and a buddy of mine that owns a bike shop hooked me up on the profiles. As far as the hubs go; Matt from Profile said if I had any problems with them he would take care of it. Now that I think about it, I asked you about my rims, and cranks and you steered me in the right direction both times. So, thank you.

The frame was powder coated at AZ Powder Coat. A buddy of mine runs it and he didn't charge me. It came out great. There is so much flake in it that when the sun hits it, it almost blinds you.
Thanks for all the love. I'm really excited to get the bash guard that John (Solomon Grundy) made for me. Its so bad ass!

They work fairly well, but if that pin bends say bye to your pads. I hate to knock other people set ups, but I'd run Heat SInk V Pads. I'm running them on my back up bike and they work well. Just my .02.
Beautiful Bike!

I would love to use the Heatsink pads, I'm just out of money.
But, I do appreciate all the advice.

What bars are those?
Is that rear brake stiff enough without a booster?
And yes, don't use that kind of pad for rear brake. That 1mm wide metal pin that holds it in place. If it breaks... that can be painful.

They are 800mm wide Gravity Lite

The stock pads wore down after one long ride. I guess my ground rims were too much for them. I have a brake booster and a set of Moe pads that I'm going to try.
