Doesn't look like the riders are having the best time either. The sections look great, but they need some music or something. That announcer isn't helping, especially when they 5 and he's shouting in their face the second their feet hit the ground.

Risers rule.

Edit: at about 14:10 you can see Dani Comas in the background hitting that big sideup no problem.

I have rode on sand at a beach ridding the rocks to stop the sea coming over and was pretty imposible to get grip and ruined my brakes virtualy no lock. Is amazing to watch how they cope with the conditions as well as the giant sections oh and whats with the commentator, would be so off putting and felt a bit lifeless still the vid is top notch:x:

there was f**king loud music the first day from a dj on a red-bull truck/jeep who played a non-stop 8hours-set. The second day, especially in the final, the volume is getting down for concentration .... first worldcup in january was a surprise for the most riders. The section were really hard cause most of the rocks were even higher than it looks. Actually it´s only day two after the comp, so don´t give up to see high quality vids from this. There were a lot of cams .....

i was thinking the same thing.

what sucks is how hard stuff has to be these days to challenge the top guys. when the sections are that hard, everyone else just looks like a chump on them. and even whne the top guys fail it's a 5 or glory type move.
