im looking for some road bike parts for my new frame: http://www.observedtrials.net/vb/showthread.php?t=32782

i have campy stuff i can pull of my old bike... thats from like 1970...downtube shifters on a tarmac sl :momaru:. let me know what you have. my goal is to buy the rest of the parts i need for 200-300$, pm me whatever you have laying around.

stuff i know i need to get the bike working:
octalink bb + cranks
cassette

other stuff i want and will probably end up getting sooner or later:
front skewer
brake levers/shifters
pedals/shoes
chain
front and rear derailleurs
wheelset
handle bars
cable+housing

Uh, I should have included one on the frame. Did it not come in the box?

also remember that carbon post + carbon frame = no grease. ever! if anything, you might want to get your hands on some carbon, non-slip compound. I don't remember exactly what we use in house, but I can look if you have trouble finding any.

just kidding about the seatpost clamp, got it.

I had sent more detailed pics to the other guy who was going to buy it. Sorry for any confusion. It really is just the outermost layers though. Like I said, the frame was solid for me...

Anyway, back on topic, give this guy parts so he can enjoy his new bike!
