I whipped this up for my once-inspired-to-ride-trials roomate, but these days his bitch-ass is more interested in watching Ellen Degeneres Show reruns.
Anyway it's not much, but it is functional, and I figured it might be useful to some budget restricted noob. Like I said, it works ok. It doesn't feel great, but is reasonably capable on the rear wheel - I've managed 4ft+ gaps with it, and it bunnyhops alright. I mostly intended for it to be something my roomate could learn on and abuse without any remorse.
The top pic is the way the bike sits right now. The bottom pic is what it was born as. I've worked in shops as a welder/fabricator for about 4 years, and although this is no beauty queen, I can guarantee that it will hold up to the rigors of beginner trials riding. I've played on it a bit, and I'm about 200lbs. I took the back brake and lever, but everything else will be included along with a few other little things to help complete the package.
You just have to pay to ship it. I'll make it as small and tightly packed as possible - can probably get it sent out for under $50. I'd probably even help a bit with shipping if necessary, even grind the rims before sending it out.
I'm in Colorado. Let me know by Monday night, and I'll send it out then. Otherwise it'll be a few weeks before I can.
