Yeah, I wish I had my bike with me. I'm in California right now. It's sunny and 65.

I shoveled my flagstone patio, put my wooden obstacles out, and rode for about an hour. There are significant benefits to being a beginner -- doesn't take much to amuse me! I was practicing backhops up onto and off of a 6x6 landscape timber and I have a couple of wooden platforms that I spaced about 18" apart and practiced gapping between them. For most folks, that wouldn't be enough, but it was pretty cool for me! I'm still working on staying on backwheel when I hop off of stuff. Just have to lean back a bit more because I always seem to drop the front when I land.
