Hi,

Would like to buy a cheap rigid fork suited to a zoo pitbull that has been around for ages. Never got to build it up.

Anybody got one cheap?

Cheers
Will

I have an echo urban fork that I painted white. It's now a scratched up off-white.

Will she suit? How much? Im not really fussed by looks, mainly functionality. V brakes? Disc brakes?

I wish I had known you had that there Joel.

What is the likelihood of finding a 1" threaded fork for an old Giant, or a road bike suitable for her to start very amateur triathlon on? :eek3: Sorry for the hijack.

chances are high! Aprebic make threaded 1" road forks for canti or road brakes. They are distributed by Bike Corp, one of the biggest distributors of cheap bits.

Willy, it has V and disc mounts. Didn't come with Brake posts but you've probably got some lying around. If not you can get from Bike shop. say $50 shipped? Assuming you're in a major Australian city that isn't in Tasmania.

Tobe I have a 1" threaded MTB fork that may suit. Has had the canti bosses ground off (:dunno:) so only suitable for a road brake though....
