WOW....hope that doesnt happen often?
I've never heard of any Rock Pads failing that way let alone the PowerPad backing splitting into pieces. What happened exactly?

The ones I have are really loose in the cylinders. They wobble around way more than any other brake pads I have used. Maybe that has something to do with it.

If you dont Adjust them correctly... IE adjust them as far into the rim as you can without them rubbbing ..the gap between the pad backing and the brake itself when the brake is actuated will cause the pad to get sucked in and it will snap.. at least that's what happened to me a number of times.
Heatsink baller backings and correct brake setup should cure theze foreverz

Crazy...haven't had problems with the pair I'm running.
By the way if the pads were purchased from our site, let me know with your info so they can be replaced.
