its been out a while just forgot to post it hear.
i actually think this video is good..its in good quality(downloadable version)
the tune is amazing and the editing is pretty awsome to
so i would really appriciate it some of you could check it out and let us know what you think

the downloadable version has a lot less flashing

Riding is great.
You should de-interlace the video, fields are for TV, for computer monitors you should use progressive video. Do it in AE - lower field conversion. It would look much smoother, no horizontal lines.
I agree with the others, flashing was a bit overdone, but all'n all a great video, keep up the good work.
