I have a front 32H wheel, Sun Rynolite XL rim & DT Swiss Hugi disc hub. Been trying to get rid of this thing for awhile, I can ship it to you for $50 US? It's about 1.5 years old.

The rim says 29.5mm not sure if it's going to matter but I don't think it's XL...just to be sure.
