Knee's who needs em...update

Had bilateral surgery both on Friday,
not sure if the nurse was surprised of pissed when I walked to the car....haha..crutches/wheelchair my rosey white English Ass....
Anyhoo, they pulled all this junk out...

That what was sticking out my bones. My knees feel good but are still abit tender.
I've been given the all clear to ride road in a few days, but the Doc recommends 4weeks till trials....we'll see
I'm not going to push it though...I want this to be the last problems I have with my knees.

Yeh....when I'm not riding my bike my head gets filled up with crap...then I quickly forget stuff....my bad.

im suprised you can recover from knee surgery in less time than i have to spend rehabing my hammie, 1 week down, about 7 weeks to go :wtc:
