identify this monty

there's a dude wanting to buy a trials bike that i'm giving advice to, this is the one someone is trying to sell. the dude selling it is completely useless, selling it for a friend and he has no idea what it is.

i don't know jack about monty bikes except for "it's probably an x-lite or x-hydra of the last few years" but perhaps someone here knows more?

'99 was the blue one, didn't have the gusset between the seat tube and seat stays

'00 / '01 (i think) was the yellow or green one, I think that's what that one is. Looks like all standard parts too.
