how tall are you and what size stem do you have. and your opinions about the stems? i have a stock stem that i had on my monty and loved it. but its way to short for my team. so im trying to figure what size to get.

I am 5'7, All body, little legs and arms, run the monty stem meant for riser bars, with a flat bar. Sorry, I don't know the dimensions.
