This was an awesome weekend. I want to thank Stan, Ross and Jason for all the help in setting things up. Props to David Renko for supporting the trials comp. He hooked us up big time. The comp went off without any problems. We ended up with around 15 riders. Could have been more if the Texas scene would have showed up, excluding Dave Weyman. Drove 10 hours to support it. Thanks a ton Dave.

When the experts started we had no less than 200 spectators watching. They followed the group through all sections and cheered on with amazement. Stan, Ross and Jason rode thier hearts out and showed the crowd what trials was about. Here are the places from what I can remember.

Expert
Stan 28
Ross 46
Jason 47
Jeff 59
Ryan DNF

Sport
Tim (from Fayetville)
Dave Weyman
Kol (forum Name)

Beginner?
Not sure. I'm waiting on an e-mail with that info.

The sport and beginner sections were right on, everyone had a good time and the scores were decent. Expert sections were some of the hardest I have ever set. I have a ton of pictures I'll upload in the morning from the comp and Sunday's Devil's Den ride. I'll also post the standings in the over-all series then too. Thanks to all that came out and supported/participated in this event.

We had another guy in sport named Keith, old school rider on an Echo, who gave it his all. I think Kol's name is Mike, his card blurred and I was blown after the comp. Super nice guy though, so was his friend. Arkansas green is mighty powerful. If I had to move any where, I would move to northwest AR!!! I emailed Jeff my pics.....

I think alot of guys really wanted to go, but remember college when you're dead broke? Have girlfriends, school studies AND a job! it all adds up ..... and then you have to buy bike trial parts.........
They'll ALL be at Rocksprings though..............RIGHT?

Save your money, tell your girlfriends and make a date right now to attend!
and thank Jeff and Stan again, they work hard at every event.

Did you make the team? You might just get your ass handed to you at Devil's Den though.
