I'm thinking of getting a trials bike in the future. I just bought a 2007 Haro Thread 1 12 inch though. I was wondering if that would work for a while, also what are some cheap trials bike. As cheap as they get. Also what is the weight of a normal trials bike. thanks

Well if your really new to trials, then any bike will work to learn your balance by doing trackstands, pivots, hops and rocking. Once you got all that down pretty good you can look in the for sale section of this forum to find some pretty cheap used bikes. If you want a new bike then im not sure whats the cheapest option.
