Stem length and angle?

Hey all! I am building up a new stock bike and wanted to get some input about what everyone liked to ride for stem length and rise angle.

The frame I am building on is a Planet-X Alibongo.

whats your height?

for what use? street 100-105 X 10
trials specific use? 105-110X15 depends on height too tho

Also looking for some input here. I ride 50/50 nat and street, I'm 5'8, have an Echo control.

Probably looking at a 130 length, but want to know if I should go with a 15 or 25 degree

130 might be a little long i think, if u want to try sometime i have a 130x15mm stem on my short echo control. im 6'1 and it feels too small for me so who knows.

Is it a 31.8 (oversize) handlebar diameter?
