i just got a set of used bonz cranks in the other day and was stoaked about gettin them on my bike. but when i put them on the tabs of the WI FFW rubbed against my bottom bracket. my first intention was the take that freewheel off and put my old one on it. but i couldnt do it and the shop i took it to couldnt do it because the guy who had it before me DESTROYED the tabes. does any body have any ideas as to what should do? should i grind the tabs or what? any help would be awesome. thanks

My first try would be to use a chisel or punch to rotate the freewheel. If that didn't work I would weld something to it if there is room without arcing to the crank. The weld option only works if you are trashing the freewheel.

Are you using a 128mm BB?

Mine is ENO on Bonz on FSA Platinum 68x128. No problems.

if the freewheel has no tabs it's probably gonna be the exact same story with the old freewheel. the cranks probably set the freewheel closer to the bb shell than your old ones, so it is likely that you will need a wider bb.
