I am looking for a 100mm/17degree rise stem for a 1 1/4" steerer tube and 31.8 bars. I have a '95 or '96 Monty stock bike with a zero rise stem which feels too low. If I can't find a stem I may need to look at different bars. Hoping to find a stem though.
