I have a problem. Just setted up my bike with a RB Design brake lever.
I have it with regular magura pistons. im bleeding it like I learned, syringe in the piston and pooring it out from the lever. But the piston in the lever stucks when I brake after its been bleeded WHY ?

is the TPA screw on the lever all the way out when you are bleeding it?
and make sure the bolt that attaches the lever blade to the body is not too tight. I think I had this problem once.
(I usually tighten this to the point where its slow to return and then loosen until it comes back quickly)
Hope this solves it!

Have you tried pumping the lever slowly while you push fluid through the lines?

it's soo hard to bleeding RB design...
pump the lever when you bleed, push the fluid, leave lever, ecc...
i have two RB design (front and rear).

I cant do like that because the piston stucks in the bottom when I press it. Must push it back with air pressure.

For the RB design, lay the bike on its side with the fill screw and ball bearing removed and facing straight up, then slowly pull the lever in until no more bubbles come out and then pour the oil in as you slowly release the lever which will suck it in. Lastly put the ball bearing back in and the fill screw. After riding and flicking the line to bring the bubbles to the lever a few times and re filling you will have it. The RB does not fill like the Magura levers, you still fill the magura calipers and line the same way but not the RB levers. I hope this helps. Don't send them back you will love them. good luck.

I promise you the piston will stuck in the bottom anyway when I bleed it. Its stucking so insane hard. Must take it of the bike no oil lines on and blow with air pressure were the oil line goes in, to get the cylinder back.
