Actually, the main motivator for cutting down the tree was to ride on it,,, Carpenter ants had something to do with it too.

Whats all that crap in your side yard for?? ;)....I have a row of bushes in my back yard sheltering my few obsticals from my neighbors. I bet they wonder what the squeaking and moving heads high in the sky are though

Most neighbors probably wouldn't like that sort of thing... but then again, they likely wouldn't want you hopping around in the street either. People just need to relax.
You've got room to expand too! Keep it up.
