Chris King SS Cogs...Steel or Aluminum? [Archive]

I just folded up a 19T King aluminum cog and wondered if I'm the only one using aluminum with problems like this. Should I switch to the steel one?

Steel every time - the alloy ones only last a few minutes for trials...!

too soft to use it.
18k maybe a better choice.
