Need: 31.8 high rise stem/cheap rigid fork

Hey guys, I recently got a new frame and my old stem just doesn't feel right on it. I'm trying to find a stem that's around 100mm or so in length with about 15-20 degrees of rise. 20 would be better honestly. I'd also perfer it in black.

I'm also looking for a cheap fork that's vee/magura compatible. Also perfer in black (matte black).

Let me know what you guys got and how much you want for it shipped to Calgary, AB, Canada.
