I think there would have been a lot more people out if the weather wasn't so crappy. It had been really nice all week before, so Mike didn't bring any warm clothes:momaru:.

That's an older Echo Pure frame.

As you can see in the background, Matt (muddyfox) had gotten some footage, but later taped over it:rant: accidentally.


It was awesome riding with him afterward at Belle Isle. Just watching him and Matt riding lines that I wouldn't even think to try was awesome. Unfortunately, I didn't get any pics from our ride at Belle Isle.

Opps, my bad. I had some really good footage too.
Its a shame it was so shitty that morning, would've been good to see him do a real demo, although I got to ride on his demo rig which used to belong to the one and only Libor Karas :bigthumb:

and I tried to! I'll blame it on the cold that I couldn't do anything.

why does he paint logos of random bike manufacturers on his echo frame? do they pay him to do this?

I asked them about trials two years ago and they told me they'd never do it.
