Check out http://www.anvilbikes.com/
They make frame fixtures for welding bicycle frames. Search their site. There are lots of pictures.

what do you want to see? I have frame fixtures, mitering fixtures, brake boss holding fixtures, a tubing bender lots o small parts and a few hundred feet of titanium tubing.
If you really want a good resource for building frames, go to frameforum.net.
I wish you the best of luck and one suggestion...thicken up your skin.
edit: most of my fixtures are from Anvil. except a small one that i'm building right now...that I'm not showing anyone.

bicurious? ;)
It's nothing too terribly exciting. Just something to suit my needs, but I want to make it before anyone else puts one on the market so I can sell it and take over the world! mwu! ha! ha!
not really.
Actually, I'm fucking tired of sharing my ideas and being ripped off. ForgeMTB and Pashley/Matt Tongue ripped me off years ago, Boone took credit for one of my designs (that I sent him a SolidWorks file of) and made some change off of that, and somehow, things have a habit of turning up publicly months after I tell someone what I'm interested in doing. Part of the reason I'm building now is because I'm tired of being in the design seat and not getting credit. So now, I'm (mostly) going to keep my trap shut until I have a product to show. Then it'll be easier to say "hey, that was mine"
For the record, this will be a small public thank you to Steve at Heatsink for asking for my input before putting a few of his products on the market. Thanks Steve.

Here are pictures of my factory. Notice no mill yet. Right now I'm using one of Chuck Norris' beard hairs strung up in a 7" coping saw to miter my tubes.

I dunno about the weight of a big steel rack hanging off the back of a jetta man.
Try aluminum in the same form and drill the crap out of it.
