Maxxis Wet Scream

Found a set of Maxxis WetScream 2.2 (http://descent-gear.com/detail.asp?CategoryID=58&SubCategoryID=118&ProductID=311) pretty cheap. Wondering if anyone has tried these before and if they are any good.

Probably not very good. Maxxis tires are undersized, so their 2.2 is going to be kinda small. And since it's a mud tire, the knobs are sparse and very tall. That's good for digging down into mud, but on rocks and other hard surfaces, the knobs will fold over easily and you really won't get the traction you're looking for.

Can't seem to find any priced in the US. May have found a pair locally (US) for $15.00. I thought if they were half way decent I would give them a try. Hell for $15.00 I might try them anyway. I can always cut the knobs down.
