Next frame suggestions needed

My friend has an 05 Planet X tibo and is looking for a "next step up" frame. Given this geo, what would be a natural transition? He might go for a higher bb.

The Tibo has a +20mm bottom bracket which is pretty reasonable. At his size (and I'm the same height and weight), he'll benefit most from a little more length in the bike. Something in the 1080-1090 range, like a Simtra or an Echo control... really anything that's not too extreme (like +50 bb, 1100 wheelbase, or 1060 wheelbase) would be fine for him.

but its not a higher BB, and he wants it a bit higher. but the pure is still a good frame.
