Stem Length and Rise?

I am building a stock trials bike and I am trying to determine a good stem length and rise to use. I have an Iron Horse hardtail with a 1.5 head tube and a manitou nixon 80mm travel fork on it. I am 5'10" and 210 lbs if that makes a difference. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

10degree rise, 120mm length. I got these from my arse, b/c I know nothing about iron horse geometry, nor does anyone else on here, but this size stem will work for other trials geo later on.

Hi guys, Presently i am riding an Adamant A3.. I felt that the bar and stem that i am using is not right.. zoo bar echo stem... Any good suggestion from anyone out there?
