Chris Santos

I just got off the phone with Cris Santos - I had not really talked to him for about a year so we were trying to catch up.

So here are the details:
-Cris did not ride as much as he would of liked to last year, to busy working 60 hours a week, but he quit that job and plans on riding a lot this year. He is also planning on racing MTB in the expert class in Michigan.

-He is riding an Echo mod and a GU stock right now. The geometry on those are so different from Brisa he has mixed feelings about them; mostly he misses disk brakes.

-He is engaged to a Brazilian girl named Gisele. I have met her a few times, she is super beautiful and really really nice. Very supportive of his riding so I am sure he will be out more often this year.

He said it was cool if I put his email address out here so do not be afraid to email him and say hi, arrange to ride and hang out, or tell him about a comp coming up.

yes, great rider though...he was here in brazil a few months ago.

he brought some partes and frames to sell here, a little expensive but....
i remember one vid from him and Edu Capivara riding together on Chapada Diamantina, Brazil. awesome video.
