Zoo Bottom Bracket?

i saw webcyclery has a zoo bb, i didnt even know zoo makes a bb. anyone tried it? how does it compair to other bb's like fsa platnium pro dh? 1/2 the price of echo... makes me wonder. my echo hubs spin like shit, and the top of my echo lite fork looks like someone took a grider to it. makes me wonder how dengs bb thats 1/2 the price of his others is, ha. any other suggestions for a 68x128 isis bb? i hear fsa platnium pro dh is where its at...

i dont know man. i have an fsa dh pro bb and its fuckin great for like a year and then the bearings kinda get shot. i still have mine but i put it on my dj and im actually gonna try the zoo for a while. otherwise i would go for it. especially if you get a discount on it. i worked at a trek shop for like ever and i got mine for about 30 bucks . im gonna see how the zoo does though.

I just got the echo bb with external bearings. It is super strong and stiff. Ive been through two try all bb's. I weigh 195 so its nice to have something that can handle it.

i would say its all deng shit, and that all is the same, nearly. But i dont test the zoo!

I've been running the ZOO and its proven to be fine...feels pretty solid too!

It's basicly some taiwan made bb sold by deng:) Nothing zoo or so... it was called echo before... I think that webcyclery wanted to make it more interesting by givin it name which sells pretty well.

I've got the super cheap echo bb. It works better than the fsa I had on there before. :dunno:

I'd say go for it if you can't affort an FSA. I still prefer the FSA stuff myself, but its not a big secret that VP makes BB's, pedals, headsets etc. for most companies... A simple logo stamp and you can claim it different.
