I dont like the end to end welded pipes on the rear triangle. But otherwise, looks pretty good!

thnx Chronic i don´t know weld very well though...i´m learning to weld.
before i ask to other to weld it to me, now i can weld it by myself so the finish line it´s crap...and now i´ve started to deal echo bikes here, the first trial parts seller in brazil.
to build a frame? nevermore.

im considering to move back to brazil.
I´ve lived in brazil a couple of years before i started doing trials. How is it to ride there? Have you ever been assaulted while riding?

oooo that's cool! I agree with the welds in that rear triangle but that's still sweet...way better than most people can do I'm sure. I'd say the next tool for your shop needs to be a tube bender that'll get rid of some of the welds and maybe make it a little stronger??
I've thought about building a frame before but i wasn't sure how to do all the jiging for it to make sure it'd be straight and all that..do you have picturs of your jigs? or just explain how you did it?
anyway i like it alot...makes me want to go build one.
Anyone else on this forum build frames?
W00T oO so cool
but the cnc look's not good..

I saw a post if trials forum about some Brazilian ridiers and they all had steel frames. Are you one of these guys? The frames looked awesome and I would definatly want one once you have you some better skills.
Do you have any other pics of bike built up?

dude that is awesome work! Scrap yard king! It doesn't have too look fancy to work well!
May I suggest trying a rear disc frame? Looks like you've got the talents to put it together. Some trials proven rear disc designs I've collected (Peyto, Megamo, Simtra):

Wow, right on dude! I've made two mod frames. Both were, really shitty! But a fun project at the time.
If I could suggest anything for you, Try and grind those pipes so they all fit together within like 1/16 of an inch! And then they will weld together really nice and strong.

Why'd you mount the right dropout like that? Looks backwards... usually the hanger is behind the slot for the wheel...
