Scroll down for links to semi-professional pics...
Pictures from today's ride at HMB. I'll add more later, but it was my first day playing around with this camera and the pics need a little shadow/highlight work.

Thanks for the link, Paul. I'm biased, of course, but I think our pictures turned out better...:wiggle:
If ever a group of trials riders could be out-geeked, it's by a group of web-based, semi-pro photographers swarming over said trials riders.

Wow! I didn't give this one photographer enough credit when he was showing us the tumbnails on his camera: http://www.flickr.com/photos/everettt/sets/72157600029087611/ (http://www.flickr.com/photos/everettt/sets/72157600029087611/)
Some really cool shots there.

Anytime!

They're really fun. Not a lot of big ups to work on, but tons of gaps and technical lines. Some gnarly holes too; gotta have quick feet if you loose your balance.

That mod looks awful.
LOL.
While I agree with you that it isn't the finest piece of machinery in the world, I love it. I bought it about 8 months ago from a friend of a friend for cheap. It was my first real trials bike and was 100 times better than either my full suspension bike or huge XC hardtail that I'd been riding before. We've been through a lot including a cracked chainstay, a crack in the sidewall of the rear rim, a rear hub which is 90% destroyed (but still rideable) with the bearing cups flaking off metal as we speak, a large dent in the front rim from being run over with a car, and finally the freewheel recently losing 1/2 of the engagement points.
I know it isn't a shiny new Koxx of Monty 221 Ti (like the one I rode at Keyesville, WOW) but it's what I learned trials on, so I love it.
Oh, and I was seriously laughing really hard for a few minutes (almost wokr my roommate) when I first saw your post because I know exactly what you mean =P.
