What kind of grip is that on the xc bike? Really like it!

I'd get those grips if they did a lock on variety. Maybe I should strip an old lockon set to the bone so to say and then glue some big cheese grips onto the bone.

Is that possible. I need to do something with mine...I got ruffian lock ons but one grip has a broken peg so its only half locked on and I just noticed today that the actual rubber is pealing from the plastic 'bone' part as you call it.

You can tweak whatever you want, but it seems like a lot of effort for something relatively cosmetic.

Green with Orange stars, Black with red stars, Blue with white stars,.. etc...

if you're worried about them sliding in, just take an old grip shift, tear it apart and take off the part that clamps it to the bar. put that piece on the inside of the grip. won't slide anymore, but still might twist around....
