Have you tried tightening it?
On the inside there is a lockring that holds the bashring in place.
You just need a Shimano/Truvativ bb tool.

yeah tried to tighten them but the whole spline is worn. i got them 2nd hand so i think there bout 5 years old or more. i put bearing blue on the spline and tightened it up and prayed. that was six months ago and im to scared to touch them now

middleburns DO have a lifetime warranty you know. they'll fix it or replace them...free.

hey john, i already tried asking them about this issue before you got the cranks, and if it is covered by warranty. it is not, unfortunately :( your bike's lookin real good though!! great to see your still riding.

i bought another set of 2nd hand ones after that.. but the owner was left footed so i thought it would like, balance out haha
