Dang, this event registration form sucks. Anybody happen to know the area? You have to tell them where your event will be and where people will park for it and I have no idea what the place looks like or where it is. Maybe I should just email them.

How many of you would be able to show up early to set up some lines? I assume we will need to bring/buy materials. I'm not sure what kind of natural we would be able to set up.

I've tried emailing them a couple times with no responses. Anybody else want to give it a shot?

I'll do anything I can to help...what is the contact info and who is the contact person putting on the Mountain Sports Festival? Can you upload the event registration sheet?

It might be too late to register now.. There used to be the event registration form on the site, but it is not there anymore, and now it lists events. Maybe if they actually respond to you, they will still let us hold a comp.

I'll give it a shot!

Like I said, I emailed them 2 or 3 times with no response yet, but maybe by next year's event...

My son and I did shows there last year. They asked us to come back this year and we talked several times. Then they called about 3 weeks ago and said it wasn't in the budget. There was nothing at the venue that could be used for a comp. It would have to be all imported. It was a really cool venue last year though, lots of bands and other activities. They had a huge freeride comp there last year.

Someone responded with "What did you have in mind?"
