I want to know what your running, why, and what you like about it. I have a koxx xtp long, and I can only run a 2.0 width tire up front without it rubbing. Is there a better fork out there that you can run a fat tire up front? I just got a bunch of tires for a good deal and my maxxis mobster 2.5 rubbs like crazy up front (to the point that it is not ridable). Is it a disadvantage to have a skinnier front tire up front. I plan on riding a lot more natural terrain, and I thought that a wider tire would help.

let me know what you think.

I need help too. Got some new control forks and my tyre rubs on the crown. its a 2.35 maxxis larsen TT on a narrow rim. I tried a wheel from my DJ bike which has a maxxis Lopes on a wider rim and just clears. Does anyone know of a low profile tyre, or do iahve to get a wider rim?

I am not sure what fork it is. It is just what came on the bike. Its an 05 xtp. I bought it used a couple months ago.

Anything Maxxis, 2.35, Supertacky, single ply. You shouldn't need a wide tire up front. If you're using a wider trials rim, the 2.0 and 2.35 tires fill in nicely.
