Playing AVIs ??

I'm getting audio but no video from AVIs. I'm using Windows Media Player 9.0 and I have AVI checked as a file type in Tools/Options. Everything seems to start and play normally except for the complete lack of video. The audio starts and runs clearly, the meter at the bottom moves across the screen, the time meter runs, everything seems fine. Except no bikes, no rocks, nothing to look at!

Plays WMVs perfectly. Plays MP3 and all audio formats as well.

Any ideas on how to fix?

theyr probably divx files. you need to get the divx codec in that case, just google it.
