Echo pure max rim width

Whats the widest I can go? I'm replacing a dx32, I see echos new ones (47mm?) and the Zhi (48mm), would those be too wide with a 2.35?

Or should I just get another dx32?

2004 pure, can use 48mm rim , but u will have a hard time to set up and u need to grind ur brake pad. try 42mm rim. I just ordered 42mm rim for my frinds 2004 pure.

When I used my Pure 03. I was able to use the Echo 06 rim (48mm), with normal pads.
