There are a number of riders out here, but only a handful get together on a regular basis. Lots of places to ride in and around town. What's your occupation?

Send me a pm. I can help you out with some info. My nephew just moved there 4 months ago and is kicking ass in the job department making ca$h. He is only 21 years old, and is doing very well out there. I guess this means me and you won't be riding together anymore, but it's time for you to move on and find your destiny. Haha. Just kidding. Anyways, send me a pm if you want to know more about the area. He was home for Christmas and told us a lot. Sorry about the long post. Rudy:Wavey:

Speaking of Calgary, Fixlee and Rudy:
I'll be heading down in March for some meetings and to look at some drill core. I spent a year in Calgary (2000) and seem to recall that you could ride in town then, is this true?

Make sure you have living arrangements beforehand, there's nowhere to live, 1 bedroom apt for about 1000/mo. It's a nice place to visit...

You can ride downtown inasmuch as the trials guys don't get hassled by the police or security very much. PM me when you're in town, but beware! March is statistically the snowiest month of the year.

Well it depends what you want to do...the service industry needs people really bad and the industrial sector needs people as well, but most other professions are pretty normal, as in its still hard to get a job.

You're first concern should be living arrangements, you can find a job in a day...not a place to live.
