Only if we can build a skatepark out of snowbanks!
I'd be interested. What'd you have in mind Mike?

Kind of like the Cloak and Dagger contest that Patrick used to put on. I figure we go out in smaller groups of 3-4, film our best shit, meet up at a bar/restaurant and show all the footage.
Or
We come up with certain disciplines like highest hop, farthest gap, best line, best combo, etc, and just capture it on film.
On the other hand, we could do it guerilla style and just set up the sections adlib, right in the middle of the city. I don't have an exact plan, but I don't want it to be like a normal trials comp.
Anyone have ideas?
Oh yeah, it would be $10 entry, winner takes all?

I like the idea, but I'm not sure January is the best time to do it just 'cause of the weather.

I like this idea best. I may be down for it.

I think it's just too cold to be able to have fun right now. It's going to happen, but a little bit later. I'm assuming I'd have around 10 people show up, so it'd be a mix of group riding/comp riding. Imagine a game of horse, just with trials.
Let's aim for around the end of march.

I'd be interested as well. Just curious if it will be split up into beginner, sport..etc or just one big group?
Either way... I'm interested.

End of march will probably work for me, I should be able to ride then, though it would be better at the end of april.
I will also get Mikey out there since he doesn't go on the computer much.

One big group. NO classes.
Let's play it by ear on the date. I'd like for it to be the kind of temperature that won't make your hands cold.

so basically if your not pro your just along for the "group" ride!! I can deal with that.

It should be less of a contest and more of a jam session/group ride.
I like the horse style idea though.
No fee's either.
Matt.
