I'm just curious if there are any riders up there -

I'm going to be up there after thursday next week and I'm wondering if i should bring my bike.... I'll be staying in Benowa (I think) so if there is anyone who would like to meet up for a ride whilst I'm there I'll bring my bike...

We ride Wednesday arvo most weeks, just been a few of us lately as evryone has been injured :( but if you are still here on the wenesday give us a call and come for a ride.

I'm arriving next Thursday the 23rd I think, and I'm coming home again around the 1st of December, we haven't decided exactly yet.... If there are some ppl there to ride with I will definitely bring my bike. I was up there about a 18 months ago with my bike, but I didn't get to have a ride cause I got side tracked.

From the sound of things I should be able to get a few in maybe, which would be cool. I don't know the area at all, but I remember some awsome rocks near seaworld???? so I'm keen.

the rocks near seaworld...the spit...are awesome.
i havent been there in a while, but i would love to come down there (i can only watch at the moment) if we get a nice little ride going.

Sounds good.... see y'all at 'the split'! - how come you call it that? I will ring you anyway beforehand to confirm, plus to get directions once I know where I am. How many ppl are likely to turn up? Do you guys have a bit of a scene going on up there?

It will probably be a pretty small ride, maybe four of us, you may also want to catch the train up to Brisbane on Sunday afternoon for the city ride. Normally a few more riders and some of those guys go pretty big.

Oh and it is called the spit (no "L") because it is a spit (a narrow piece of land pointing into the sea)

The comp is all go for December 10, you can download the new newsletter from http://www.expressivebikes.com/clubnewsnov06.pdf if you haven't already. You should get a copy in the mail soon anyway.

And Ash I'm still keen for a ride at the spit on wednesday (the 29th) if you still are.

.Just got back from Charlville 43 to 45 degrees a weeks work ,so don't let's hear how hot it's going to be at Tamborine trials park comp and lets hope it's not pissing down.
How is it shaping up, is it on the home streach.
Sorry we have not been any help.
