does anyone have an hydro v barkes that arent broken they want to get rid of? where can i get decent pads?

Hydro V brakes (Barks?)? Do you mean Hydro rim brakes like Maguras or do you really mean V brakes?

I had a pair somewhere once, they broke. I wouldn't recommend them. Use maguras if you must use hydraulic brakes.
