Arcadia......

Hi All,

Just to let you know, I am going to finalise the plans early next week for the next round of the NSW series to be held at Arcadia.

The date I have in mind is the last weekend of November, I think Sunday the 26th.....

Anyone have any major clashes with this date......??? If so let me know and I'll do what I can to make sure everyone can come...

Me and Damo are going to be in Adelaide for a cousins wedding. I have something on the week before and after so i doubt ill be able to make it if you change it anyway. :weak:

Gday dude im kinda new to the scene i guess. Havent really been out on many rides hence why havent met you yet but if your out on the weekend would be great to meet you. I ride just a 20" rhino resprayed blue with just like some upgrades thats bout it.

Anyways prob shouldnt steal this thread with my life long story lol

Hi, remember me? i now live in Taree and let me tell there is quite a scene up here, Not!!! the good news is that i should be able to ride Arcadia, the bad news is that i am working when the Brindabella challenge is on:( .
i do travel back to sydney every few weeks & will be up for some mid week rides.

I am interested in checking this comp out, but i will need to know a few things! ie where it is, how easy it is to get there (as i wont have transport) etc

Well the circle on the map is near to the airport... and at the top leftish is a bit of Arcadia. So yeah kinda gives rough idea.

How many numbers are we looking at? When do I need to get there to register? I'll allow 4:30 hours to get there from Canberra, is that enough? Macbeth, or anyone, fill me in!

If your staying in Sydney for a year there is going to be a lot of riding going on, the Arcadia comp is a bit hard to get to without a car but let us know when you get to Sydney and maybe you can get a ride with someone.

Catch train to pennant hills ish area

There will definately be a novice section, last time we had a comp there there were people doing novice on XC bikes in cleats with the seat up! So you should have fun regardless of riding level.

As for kick off time, it's usually get there about 9:30 for rego for a 10:00 start....Macbeth will post final details soon I guess.
