Hi all,

I am a trials rider from Germany. I spend the last months studying in Townsville and I am going to stay in Sydney for a few days. I think I will arrive at 18th of december and depart to Germany at the 22nd of december.

I will bring my bike and would love to meet some riders from Sydney. Anyone keen for a ride at that time in Sydney?

Btw: my bike is for sale (Echo Control 26" 2004, ~800$), but I will announce that on another thread when I managed to take some pictures.

Here are some pictures (http://gallery.really-force.net/Fahrradfahren) from some of the spots in Townsville.

Cheers,
Sebastian

Actually I am suprised about the quality of the spots and that there is only ONE rider beside me. It's a pity that these places are not used more...

i might be up for the bike.

I'll take some pictures and write a list with all the parts by the end of the week. And in december you'll have a couple of days worth of test rides ;-)

I am really looking forward for riding with you guys!

Cheers,
Sebastian

Great Photos Sebastian
I should do alittle photography of the ride locations around Townsville
You can ride here pretty much 350 days a year Hence the nick name Brownsville but it is starting to warm a little now.

Probably the best part of riding in townsville is nothing is to far away, both spots shown in sebastians photos are like 10-15mins from my house
We have plenty of great natural riding spots. just no one to ride them,

It has been great that sebastian visited. it has inspired me to get back into riding because every few years someone from around the world pops into one of the local bike shop and asks the same question "Does anyone ride trials here" they then get directed to me and i get off my lazy ass and drag the bike out of the shed, But this time i invested in what i thought was a good bike so hopefully i stick with it a little longer then previous :luke:
Cheers
