What stem are you using?

What stems does everyone use? Particularly if you ride Mod, if you wouldn't mind put down your Ht and Wt

I got one of the Salsa 40º stems, but now I see that Salsa is once again making their chromoly stems (with a removable faceplate, too). I am not sure what the size ranges are for those, but on bikes where I notice flexing of the stem I would consider one of those.
